1.1 Anonymous Usage Data

1.3 GEO and SEO Scan

If you request a free GEO and SEO scan through our tools, we collect:

• Your email address, which we use to send you a one-time six-digit code and to let you return to your results
• The page URLs you submit, which we scan and store with the results
• Your IP address and browser user agent, used only to prevent abuse and enforce rate limits
• Whether you ticked the box to receive occasional updates from us

We scan only the public pages you list. The code expires 24 hours after it is sent if it is not used. Once your scan finishes, anyone holding that email address and code can view the results for 14 days. When you enter your code we also record your email address, the site you scanned and your consent choice in our customer relationship tools so we can follow up about the scan. Marketing email is sent only if you ticked the box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Site (including monitoring usage and performance).
• To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support when you contact us.
• To run the scans you request, show you the results, and follow up with you about them.
• To analyze usage trends and better understand how visitors interact with the Site.
• To protect the security and integrity of the Site, including detecting and preventing fraud or misuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies to collect anonymous usage metrics.

• Cookies are small data files stored on your device that help us remember preferences or understand how our Site is used.
• We may use analytics tools (such as privacy-focused or aggregated analytics services) that collect information in a way that does not directly identify you.

We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice or as required by law. Anonymous usage data may be retained for analytics and historical trend analysis.

GEO and SEO scan records (your email address, the URLs you submitted and the results) are available to you for 14 days after the scan finishes and are deleted from our systems 90 days after that scan. Unused codes are deleted after 48 hours. Rate-limit records are deleted after 48 hours.

7. Your Choices

Because we primarily collect anonymous usage information and contact form submissions, your main choices are:

• Browser Controls: You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent.
• Do Not Track: Our Site may not respond to “Do Not Track” signals, as there is no consistent industry standard for compliance.
• Contact Form: Providing information in our contact form is voluntary. If you no longer wish us to retain contact form information you previously submitted, you may contact us to request deletion where applicable.
• Scan Records: Requesting a scan is voluntary. You may contact us to have your scan records deleted before the retention period ends, and you can unsubscribe from updates at any time using the link in any email we send.

8. International Visitors

If you access the Site from outside the country where our servers are located, please note that your information may be transferred to and processed in that country. By using the Site, you consent to such transfer and processing.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Notice.
